Chocolate Diet to loose weight

Are you a chocolate lover but are afraid to consume too much of this heavenly ambrosia? Want to lose weight but don’t want to go through the conventional dieting hell? You’ll be glad to know that there is such a thing called the Chocolate Diet that can significantly help you lower your weight and maintain an optimal body figure! Before you jump for joy ten feet in the air, you should be prepared to know that not all chocolates are healthy. If you have a huge bar of bittersweet dark chocolate in one hand and a tiny bar of milk chocolate in the other, you’re recommended to consume that bar of dark chocolate and leave the delightfully milky yet sinful bar of milk chocolate in the fridge. Milk chocolates contain high levels of fat and sugar as well as a considerable amount of food additives.

Ideally you can concoct yourself a cup of wholesome cocoa drink by boiling cocoa powder and water. If you cannot tolerate the strength and bitterness of the drink, do add a minute amount of natural honey. With any luck you can shed some pounds but do resist the temptation to snack on that Cadbury’s Tray you spotted at the supermarket!
