What you need to do is just cut down on your food portions by 50%. Say for every plate of pasta you eat, just offer half to your dinner partner. Additionally, you may want to increase your intake of fresh fruits and vegetables. Snacking between meals is alright but instead of eating your usual potato crisps, why not chew on a healthy muesli bar or light crackers dipped in yogurt?
